Top End Piston & Gasket Rebuild Kit
Kit Includes:
- Complete top end rebuild kit
- Includes: Piston & Rings, Circlips, Gudgeon Pin, Little End Bearing (two strokes) and Top End Gasket Kit
- Piston is to suit standard bore size
- Pistons are usually ProX or Wossner, if not available will supply TKRJ, Namura or other similiar kit

Important Ordering Information:
- Please use the Year Model Chart pictured to ensure bike year model is correct
- This piston is for a standard sized bore. Please measure your piston & cylinder before ordering. If you need an oversize piston, or want a specific brand or size piston, please ask to check availability before ordering.
Piston Kit:
Pistons are precision machined on the latest, state of the art CNC equipment. The same low-expansion, low-friction piston alloy is used as is used for all major Japanese and European engine manufacturers. These Piston Kits are a first class solution to replace the original piston in your machine.
Most ProX and Wossner pistons come with a coating (depending on model). The O.E.M. style tin-coated pistons assist the wear-in process as when you first started the bike. ProX and Wossner havehas developed a new skirt coating that not only assists the wear-in process, but also helps reducing friction after the wear-in. The black coating is made from a delicate mix of materials and will increase performance.
Cast piston puts engine back to standard specs without boring or replacing cylinder.
Interchanges directly with the O.E.M. parts.
The piston kit comes complete with piston, rings, wrist pin and end clips. We also supply a little end bearing with this kit.
Top End Gasket Kit:
- Manufactured in “State-of-the-Art” computer controlled facilities
- All gaskets made from the highest quality materials
- All gasket sets meet or exceed OEM specifications
- Gaskets kits supplied are usually NE or Winderosa. We may supply Pro-X, Namura or Athena depending on availability
- Picture is for illustration only: Correct gasket kit will be supplied for model selected
- Comes complete with head and base gaskets and other necessary gaskets or orings required to rebuild the top end on your motorcycle or ATV
- Please note: valve stem seals are not supplied with all kits. If you have certain requirements, please ask to check availability before ordering.
