This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a friendly team where every day is different — processing orders, helping customers, keeping our website up to date, and supporting our sales and admin staff.
Your Main Responsibilities

Provide professional and friendly customer service (in-store, online, and over the phone)

Accurate invoice and order data entry and order management (processing orders)

Help maintain and update product listings and content on our website

Assist the sales team with enquiries, quotes, and order follow-ups

General admin support and office tasks

Jump in where needed to help keep things running smoothly
