Express Shipping
Need your parts sooner? Express shipping is available for $24.95 on eligible products.
Bulky and dangerous goods are excluded from our fixed-rate express shipping offer.
Express shipping generally provides faster transit after dispatch, but does not guarantee same-day dispatch or a specific arrival date.
Bulky goods: Shipping costs for some bulky products vary depending on the item. Any applicable freight charges are automatically displayed at checkout before payment.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We know you'd rather be out riding than waiting for parts. Our team works to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
Order Dispatch
Most Firestorm Motorcycles orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Dispatch times depend on where the products are stocked. Some supplier warehouses may take approximately 5 business days to dispatch orders.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location, the courier and the shipping service.
Remote destinations may take longer, and express delivery generally offers faster transit than standard shipping.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We'll assist if a delivery issue arises.
Orders from Multiple Warehouses
Firestorm sources motorcycle parts and accessories from several warehouses to offer customers a wider range of products.
Depending on stock location, items may be shipped together or sent in separate parcels. This means products from the same order may arrive on different days.
Tracking Your Order
Firestorm emails tracking information when your order has been dispatched, so you can follow the delivery directly with the courier.

Look for your dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Follow Your Parcel
Use the tracking details to follow your delivery and check courier updates.

Missing Items from Your Order
If only part of your order has arrived, please check your dispatch emails and tracking details first.
Items may have been shipped separately from different warehouses and may arrive on different days.
If an item is still unaccounted for, contact Firestorm and we'll investigate.
Items Damaged During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our team with your order number and photos showing the damaged product and its packaging.
Keep the original packaging while we investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

Bulky & Dangerous Goods
Some bulky products attract additional freight charges. These are calculated according to the product and displayed at checkout.
Dangerous goods can generally be shipped using standard delivery at normal rates, subject to courier restrictions.
Bulky and dangerous goods are excluded from our $24.95 express shipping offer.
In-Store Collection
Prefer to collect your order? Collection can be arranged from our Tweed Heads South store.
Please contact our team before visiting so we can confirm that your products are available for collection.
Store collection is by prior arrangement only.
Delivery Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for reasonable additional freight charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details they provide, including redirection or redelivery costs.

Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers depends on the courier, warehouse and parcel size.
We recommend using a physical street address wherever possible to avoid delivery restrictions.
Will the courier leave my parcel if I'm not home?
Authority to Leave arrangements vary depending on the courier and delivery service.
Some parcels may be left at the delivery address, while others may require a signature, another delivery attempt or collection.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact Firestorm as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.
Changes and cancellations can usually be accommodated before dispatch, where possible. Once warehouse processing has started, changes may not be possible.
What if my delivery arrives damaged?
Please contact Firestorm with your order number and photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
Keep the packaging while we investigate and help arrange a solution.
What if a product is delayed or unavailable?
If an unexpected stock shortage or significant dispatch delay occurs, we'll contact you to discuss the available options.
Depending on availability, we may offer an alternative product, cancellation or refund.
Do you charge extra to deliver to remote areas?
Firestorm's standard shipping rates generally apply throughout Australia, including remote areas.

No. Firestorm Motorcycles currently delivers within Australia only.
Can I collect my order from your store?
Yes. Collection from our Tweed Heads South store can be arranged in advance.
