VHM Carbon Air Intake Kit Performance Upgrade Short

Developed for an optimum air flow. When the engine is running and temperatures rise, the airbox rubber usually deforms. This is due to the high temperatures as it gets more soft, which leads to an even less optimal air flow. Our intake prevents the airbox from deforming and improves torque and power.

There are 3 different length (SHORT / MIDDLE / LONG) intakes available to suit your driving style and the need of more power/torque on a certain rpm range. This article number contains only the SHORT version.

SHORT is recommended for 250cc, improved throttle and top

Mounting the intake
Remove the air filter and air filter support.
Remove the screw from the inlet sleeve, that holds the original intake.
Remove the original intake and mount the VHM intake.
Push the VHM intake firmly into the inlet sleeve, there must be no gap between the VHM intake support bracket and the inlet sleeve.
Fix the VHM intake with the original screw on the outside of the inlet sleeve.
Mount the air filter support and the air filter.
