Fresco Racing have been manufacturing entirely handmade 2 stroke exhaust systems by master craftsmen engineers with years of experience in the sector for over 30 years. All expansion chambers are made of variable thickness steel sheet. This feature provides greater protection in the most exposed parts to damage and provides superior power delivery. All Fresco 2 stroke exhaust systems are dyno and track tested for optimum performance gains over your OEM system.

Fresco have developed these all-new exhaust pipes for the 2025 KTM 85SX, Husqvarna TC85, Gas Gas MC85 specifically for motocross outdoor racing. These pipes increase bottom end, mid range and most importantly peak horsepower. Whilst also complying to noise regulations and mainting smooth rideable power curve.
