Honda CR250R 1996 Parts & Accessories
First introduced in 1973 as the legendary CR250M Elsinore and produced through 2007, the Honda CR250R was a cornerstone of two-stroke motocross for over thirty-four years. Celebrated for its explosive power delivery and race-winning chassis design, the CR250R was a primary vehicle for Honda's championship dominance in AMA Supercross and Outdoor National racing. Throughout its production, the model led industry trends by introducing liquid cooling (1981), Pro-Link rear suspension, Honda Power Port (HPP) power valves, and in 1997, the motocross industry's first production twin-spar aluminum frame. The final generation (2002–2007) introduced a revolutionary electronic RC power valve before Honda permanently phased out two-stroke production in favor of the four-stroke CRF series.
