Honda CR85RB BIG WHEEL 2004 Parts & Accessories

Manufactured from 2003 through 2007 as the replacement for the long-running CR80R, the Honda CR85R Expert (often designated as the CR85RB) was Honda's big-wheel youth motocross racer designed for transition-stage riders moving up toward full-sized machines. Featuring a high-revving 84.7 cc liquid-cooled two-stroke engine with Nikasil cylinder coating and reed-valve induction, the CR85R Expert distinguished itself from the standard CR85R by incorporating larger wheels (19-inch front and 16-inch rear vs. 17-inch/14-inch), a longer swingarm, and higher seat height. These chassis alterations provided enhanced high-speed stability and rough-track obstacle roll-over before Honda fully transitioned its youth competition lineup to four-stroke power with the CRF150R Expert in 2007.

• Close-ratio 6-speed manual transmission with heavy-duty wet multi-plate clutch and chain final drive
• 19-inch front (70/100-19) and 16-inch rear (90/100-16) spoked aluminum wheels with knobby motocross tires
• 861 mm (33.9 in) seat height and 71 kg (157 lbs) dry weight / 75 kg (165 lbs) curb weight ready-to-race with a 5.1-litre (1.35 US gal) fuel tank capacity
