Manufactured from 1986 through 1989, the Honda FourTrax TRX250R is widely regarded as the most dominant high-performance sport ATV in off-road history. Introduced as a four-wheeled successor to the three-wheeled ATC250R following industry safety mandates, the TRX250R combined a liquid-cooled 246 cc two-stroke engine with a high-tensile steel frame, independent double-A-arm front suspension, and a rear Pro-Link linkage system.
