Honda XR600R 1990 Parts & Accessories

First introduced in 1985 to replace the XR500R, the Honda XR600R quickly established itself as a dominant air-cooled heavy-class off-road motorcycle. Renowned for its immense single-cylinder power, legendary durability, and open-desert supremacy, the XR600R became a multi-time winner of grueling events like the Baja 1000 under racing legends like Johnny Campbell. Featuring Honda's high-efficiency Radial Four Valve Combustion Chamber (RFVC) engine design, the bike saw significant updates in 1988 with a single carburetor design and rear disc brake, alongside cartridge-fork suspension refinements in 1991. The XR600R remained a core pillar of Honda's big-bore trail and desert racing lineup until it was succeeded by the liquid-cooled XR650R in 2000.
