Introduced in 2021 as the cross-country counterpart to Kawasaki's flagship quarter-liter motocross bike, the Kawasaki KX250X is engineered specifically for off-road competition, including GNCC, hare scrambles, and high-speed woods racing. Built on the high-revving KX250 platform, the KX250X combines track-proven motocross performance with factory cross-country features, including an 18-inch rear wheel, off-road tires, specialized suspension valving, a side stand, and enhanced engine protection. Updated alongside the KX250 platform with an updated aluminum perimeter frame, revised DOHC cylinder head, dual-injector fuel injection system, electric start, and advanced electronic rider aids (KTRC traction control, selectable engine maps, and launch control), the KX250X delivers championship-winning power with optimized off-road control.
