Suzuki RM-Z250 2012 Parts & Accessories

Introduced in 2004, the Suzuki RM-Z250 debuted as Suzuki's first production four-stroke motocross motorcycle. Developed initially through the Kawasaki-Suzuki manufacturing alliance (sharing its platform with the original Kawasaki KX250F), the first generation featured a steel perimeter frame, titanium valves, and magnesium engine covers. Suzuki completely took over individual development for the 2007 redesign, introducing an all-new in-house 249 cc engine and a twin-spar aluminum frame. The model reached another milestone in 2010 by adopting Keihin battery-less electronic fuel injection (EFI) with plug-in coupler mapping. Subsequent overhauls introduced advanced electronics—including Suzuki Holeshot Assist Control (S-HAC), dual-injector fuel delivery, KYB coil-spring suspension, and revised chassis geometry—solidifying the RM-Z250's reputation for class-leading cornering precision.
