Suzuki RMX450Z 2016 Parts & Accessories

Introduced in 2010 as an off-road and enduro derivative of the RM-Z450 motocrosser, the Suzuki RMX450Z brought fuel-injected open-class performance to trail and cross-country competition. Built to satisfy trail rider demands while meeting environmental standards, the RMX450Z retained the high-tensile twin-spar aluminum main frame and 449 cc DOHC architecture from the RM-Z450, but incorporated key modifications for off-road duty: a lower compression ratio (11.6:1), revised camshaft profiles for tractable low-to-midrange torque, a wider-ratio 5-speed transmission, an electric starter with kick backup, a 35W headlight and LED taillight assembly, a quick-access side-mount airbox door, and an 18-inch rear wheel. Additionally equipped with a 230W magnet alternator, a digital compact instrument cluster, and EPA/CARB-compliant forestry-approved spark arrestor exhaust, the model provided a refined balance of track-bred agility and trail-endurance versatility.
