Suzuki TS185ER 1994 Parts & Accessories
Introduced in 1969 with the TS250 "Savage" and marketed in Japan under the "Hustler" name, the Suzuki TS Series was Suzuki's landmark family of street-legal, two-stroke dual-sport and trail motorcycles. Designed to establish Suzuki in the burgeoning off-road market alongside the motocross TM series, the TS series spanned a massive range of displacement classes—from sub-100 cc commuter trail bikes up to open-class machines. Featuring steel backbone or double-cradle frames, long-travel telescopic forks, high-drawn exhaust pipes, and Suzuki's proprietary CCI (Crankcase Cylinder Injection) oiling system, the TS series transitioned through several technological shifts: from early piston-port and rotary-disc induction to the ER series' combined reed-valve engines, and eventually to liquid-cooled, powervalve-equipped dual sports (such as the TS125R, TS200R, and TS250X) in the late 1980s.
