Yamaha FZ750 1985 Parts & Accessories

Introduced in 1985 and produced through 1991, the Yamaha FZ750 is a landmark sport bike that debuted Yamaha's groundbreaking "Genesis" design philosophy. Its defining innovation was a liquid-cooled inline-four engine with a 45-degree forward-slanted cylinder block and a unique 20-valve cylinder head (featuring three intake valves and two exhaust valves per cylinder), designed to optimize intake airflow and high-rpm reliability. Housed in a steel double-cradle perimeter frame with downdraft Mikuni carburetors fed by an upper-mounted airbox, the FZ750 established an exceptional balance of sharp handling and high-revving performance, laying the technical foundation for future Yamaha supersport machines like the FZR series and the YZF-R1.
