Yamaha TZ350 1974 Parts & Accessories

Produced from 1973 to 1981, the Yamaha TZ350 was a highly successful, purpose-built two-stroke road racing motorcycle developed specifically for privateer racers in the 350 cc World Championship and Formula 750 events. Evolving directly from the air-cooled TR3 and early liquid-cooled TZ models (A through H series), the TZ350 dominated intermediate-class motorcycle racing for nearly a decade. Its combination of a light chassis, potent parallel-twin power plant, and high reliability made it one of the most prolific winner's circle motorcycles of the two-stroke Grand Prix era.

• 347 cc liquid-cooled piston-port / reed-valve 2-stroke parallel-twin engine producing approx. 64–72 HP @ 11,000 RPM
• Twin Mikuni VM38SC carburetors with high-energy C.D.I. ignition system
• Lightweight tubular steel duplex cradle frame (upgraded to aluminum swingarm on later iterations)
• 35 mm telescopic front forks with hydraulic damping
• Monoshock (Cantilever) rear suspension with adjustable coil spring
• Dual hydraulic front disc brakes and single hydraulic rear disc brake
• 6-speed close-ratio manual transmission with a dry multi-plate racing clutch
• 18-inch front and 18-inch rear lightweight alloy wire-spoked or cast magnesium racing wheels
• 115 kg (253 lbs) dry weight with a 23.0-litre (6.07 US gal) aluminum racing fuel tank capacity
