Yamaha XJ900S DIVERSION 1996 Parts & Accessories

First launched in 1992 as a successor to Yamaha's original XJ series, the Yamaha Diversion family (sold as the Seca II in North America) was designed as a lineup of accessible, reliable, all-round sport-touring motorcycles. The original generation featured bulletproof air-cooled 8-valve inline-four engines in 600 cc (chain-drive) and 900 cc (shaft-drive) displacements, available in naked, half-faired, or full touring trims. Renowned for comfortable upright ergonomics, low operational costs, and practical usability, the line was reintroduced in 2009 with the XJ6 series, which updated the platform with modern styling, a tubular steel perimeter chassis, and a liquid-cooled 16-valve engine derived from the FZ6.
