Yamaha XT660R 2008 Parts & Accessories

Introduced in 2004 as the successor to the long-running XT600, the Yamaha XT660 family represented a modern shift for Yamaha's single-cylinder dual-sport line. Powered by a Minarelli-manufactured, liquid-cooled 660 cc SOHC 4-valve engine with electronic fuel injection, the bike produced around 47 horsepower and 58 Nm of torque. The platform was offered in three main variants: the off-road/dual-sport XT660R, the street-focused XT660X supermoto with 17-inch wheels, and the long-distance XT660Z Ténéré adventure bike. Serving as an indestructible dual-purpose workhorse, it remained in production through 2016 before paving the way for the twin-cylinder Ténéré 700.
