Yamaha YZ450FX 2019 Parts & Accessories

First introduced in 2016, the Yamaha YZ450FX is a high-performance cross-country competition motorcycle specifically engineered for closed-course off-road racing, GNCC, and hare scrambles. Built as a direct bridge between the YZ450F motocrosser and the WR450F trail machine, the YZ450FX features Yamaha's iconic rearward-slanted cylinder engine layout housed in a lightweight bilateral beam aluminum frame. It pairs aggressive MX-level power with off-road competition essentials, including a wide-ratio 5-speed transmission, off-road suspension valving, an 18-inch rear wheel, side stand, push-button electric start, and wireless ECU engine mapping via Yamaha's Power Tuner App.

• 450 cc liquid-cooled DOHC 4-valve 4-stroke single-cylinder engine with titanium valves producing approx. 53–58 HP @ 9,500 RPM
• 44 mm Mikuni electronic fuel injection (EFI) with smartphone-tunable Yamaha Power Tuner App compatibility
• Aluminum bilateral beam frame derived directly from the YZ450F motocross platform
• 48 mm KYB Speed-Sensitive System (SSS) inverted coil-spring front forks with 310 mm (12.2 in) wheel travel
• Fully adjustable KYB rear shock absorber with Link Monocross linkage providing 318 mm (12.5 in) wheel travel
