Athena Cylinder Piston & Gasket Rebuild Kit - Yamaha YZ85 105cc Kit 2002 - 2017

Big Bore Cylinder Kit (105cc) designed for Yamaha`s smallest MX model. This kit and requires the bottom cases to be modified. Completely redesigned, the cylinder has been developed to increase horsepower while maintaining long term reliability. Features include - 25% increase in piston surface, expanded intake port, unique 2 stage booster exhaust port (eliminating the bridged port) and a larger water jacket for superior cooling.

• Power at the Rear Wheel:    Athena 18.1 kw / 24.2 hp / 11200 rpm  (OEM 15.7 kw / 21.0 hp / 11300 rpm)
